    The River Reach Project - Details!

    Includes: 12 week training plan, 2 in-person workouts a week, 1 1-on-1 coaching session with Michelle. Dates: 2/13/22 to 5/1/22. Thursday nights at 6pm; Sundays at 7 or 8am, TBD. Meetings: Thursday - shorter workouts, usually running-oriented, 75 minutes total time together. Sunday - adventure day! Run, walk, hike, xc ski, snowshoe, and whatever else! Longer adventures may require a 4-5 hour time commitment. Moving time/mileage will range depending on activity. Minimum phy
