Women's Training Group

LEARN TO RUN BEND

empowered by Ceiling: Unlimited

...is a beginner level, women's training group just for brand new runners, women who haven't run in a reeeeally long time, and terrified, discouraged, or reluctant would-be runners who are seeking a safe and welcoming place to learn to run a 5K.

In this 8 week class, we'll cover important foundational running information, like running form, gear, and nutrition -

AND also subjects that will help you keep moving long after our class ends - like motivation, your big why, overcoming exercise reluctance, discovering joy in movement, and more.

Clinics by local nutritionists, physical therapists, and personal trainers help you fuel well, get strong, and stay healthy.

Learn to Run Bend is a rich, comprehensive 5K training group experience

in the supportive company of other midlife woman beginner runners.

Your coach is Michelle Poirot, an RRCA-certified running coach and Duke University-certified health coach

with 10 years of experience coaching beginner running groups in Central Oregon.

We meet Saturday mornings at 8am and Wednesdays at 6pm.

We'll be training for the Sisters Happy Girls 5K.

experiment with running and other kinds of movement in the company of other friendly beginners
