This 9 week group will begin the week of September 10th, and will train together on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings through November 5th.
The focus of all Ceiling:Unlimited training groups is on the enjoyment of movement in community. As such, you'll gain an increased understanding and confidence in your running skills, while also building competence in the outdoors and other fun movement activities. We emphasize joyful movement over speed, and actively work to dismantle toxic fitness and diet culture.

Women-identified only, intermediate level group. Best for folks who've previously trained to run or walk/run a 5k, 10k, or 1/2.
Learn about trail running technique, pre-, post-, and during-workout nutrition, safely adding mileage, gear, strength for runners, and more!
Coaching from experienced RRCA-certified running coach and Duke University-certified health coach Michelle Poirot
