‘Tis the season to feel Too Busy, overwhelmed, and out of control! Winter offers us an invitation to slow down and recenter. If you could wave a magic wand – what would your ideal holiday season look and feel like? Join a wise and supportive community to transform your holiday into comfort and joy.
We'll meet 4 Wednesdays (11/29, 12/6, 12/13, and 12/20) and 4 Saturdays (12/2, 12/9, 12/16 and 1/6) starting 11/29. Zoom sessions will be recorded. Movers of all shapes and speeds are welcome on Saturday mornings.
