  • An 8 week training plan that will take you from not running at all to comfortably running a 5K!

  • Weekly, 60 minute LIVE Zoom sessions on Wednesday evenings at 5:30PM PDT - bring your fave evening beverage!

  • Wednesday sessions include foundational running clinics on breathing, running form, gear, warm ups, injury prevention, and...

  • Mindset strategies that unearth and strengthen your motivation to move

  • Biweekly LIVE Office Hours

  • All sessions are recorded - listen when you can, around your busy summer schedule!

  • Weekly on-demand video content covering key concepts

  • A private Slack group for community support, accountability, and silliness

  • Responsive coach contact via Slack direct message

  • An all-women class in which no running topic relevant to women is off limits!

  • An inclusive, upbeat environment informed by concepts of Health at Every Size, body positivity, and joyful and intuitive movement

Hi, I'm your coach!

My name is Michelle Poirot, and I'm an RRCA-certified running coach and Duke University-certified health coach.

I'd been coaching beginner runners for years when I added the potent magic of mindset and motivation science into the mix.

 

I'm passionate about empowering women through movement and I absolutely love watching runners finish their first 5K!
