About the Event
Get the support, accountability, and silliness you need to keep truckin' toward your movement goals through the summer! This group welcomes folks who are developing and maintaining a movement practice to help keep them happy and healthy. Runners, walkers, yoginis, hikers, cyclists, boogie boarders... you name it, all manner of movers are welcome!

What WOAH! looks like:
Once you sign up, we'll schedule a 30 minute mini-coaching session to hone in on your focus for the duration of WOAH!, solidify your motivation, and possibly pick a training plan or culminating race.
We'll meet online, Wednesday evenings at 7pm on Zoom through July 21, 2021. Enrollment is open through 6/16.
We'll celebrate each other's weekly successes and help each other problem-solve. We'll have short clinics relating to sustaining motivation, and on member-suggested topics. We may bring in guest speakers.
We'll have at least 2 optional in-person meet-ups, dates TBD by group members. Coffee will be imbibed!
We'll have an Facebook group page for daily support.

Your coach is Michelle Poirot, an RRCA-certified running coach, Duke University-certified health coach, and massage therapist. Michelle has enjoyed coaching beginning runners and walkers to their first 5Ks for 7 years.
