About the Event

Learn a simple self-massage routine to help you recover faster after workouts and reduce soreness.  All you need are comfy clothes and a comfortable place to sit - either on the ground or in a chair - where you can see your computer.  Michelle will also share some of her favorite readily accessible massage tools.
