Now that the weather is getting warmer, you might be looking to get outside, relieve stress, and get some much needed ‘me’ time. Running fits the bill, and is surprisingly accessible to beginners! If you’ve been wanting to take up running and have wondered how, this talk is for you!
In a 60 minute Zoom clinic with Running Coach Michelle Poirot, we’ll explore the 3 things you need to start and keep running this spring. It’s simpler than you think! Whether you’ve never run before or haven’t run in a long time, these beginner-friendly techniques will get you moving and keep you motivated. We’ll have ample time for questions.
Michelle is an RRCA-certified running coach and has been coaching beginner-level training groups since 2014. She thinks the best thing in the world is watching new runners and walkers cross the finish line of their first 5K. She is passionate about making movement fun and sustainable so that all women in all bodies can feel confident and joyful.
