Now that the kiddos are back in school you might be looking to get outside, relieve stress, and get some much needed ‘me’ time. Running fits the bill, and is surprisingly accessible to beginners!  If you’ve been wanting to take up running and have wondered how, this talk is for you!

In a 60 minute Zoom clinic with FootZone Training Group Coach Michelle Poirot, we’ll explore the 3 things you need to start and keep running this fall. It’s simpler than you think! We’ll have ample time for questions, too.

Michelle is a health coach, a massage therapist, and has been coaching training groups at FootZone, Bend's local running shop, since 2014.  She thinks the best thing in the world is watching new runners and walkers cross the finish line of their first 5K.
