The 5K Trail Tour makes it easy for you to run a weekly 5k on trails with other women - all you have to do is show up, lace up your shoes, and enjoy exploring a new-to-you, local trail! Each week, we meet at a variety of close-in trailheads, and usually complete ~5K or approximately 45-60 minutes on an out-and-back route.
**Trail Tour runs will occur at 7am on Tuesday mornings, and 6pm on Wednesday evenings evenings, from July 7 through August 19.
You are welcome to join however many runs you like, on either/both mornings or evenings.
The more sessions you purchase, the more you save!
