The 5K Trail Tour makes it easy for you to run a weekly 5k on trails with others - all you have to do is show up, lace up your shoes, and enjoy exploring a new-to-you, local trail! Each week, we meet at a variety of close-in trailheads, and usually run ~5K on an out-and-back route.
**Trail Tour runs will occur at 6pm on Wednesday evenings over 10 weeks, from June 4 through August 6.
The 5K Trail Tour is intended to help women* runners:
