The 5K Trail Tour makes it easy for you to run a weekly 5k on trails with others - all you have to do is show up, lace up your shoes, and enjoy exploring a new-to-you, local trail!  We'll meet on Wednesday evenings at 6pm at a variety of close-in trailheads, and usually run ~5K on an out-and-back route.  The Tour will meet from 5/22 to 6/12.

The 5K Trail Tour is intended to help participants:

• enjoy summer trail running with others!
• gain trail running skills
• learn about easily accessible local trails
• solidify your stamina and confidence at the 5K distance on trails

Participants must have previously run a 5k, and currently be able to run/walk approximately a 15 min/mile on flat ground.  

Choose the number of runs you'll be able to attend and pay accordingly!  Unused runs will be not be refunded.  

We will have an online meeting prior to the start of the Tour to cover details, date TBD.
